Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds will be returned to the verified payment source used for deposits.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ar888 Account. The registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names or payment methods, constitutes a Prohibited Activity and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and must keep your account information current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information, including date of birth, name, or contact details that do not match your CNIC, is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
3.4 KYC Verification. ar888 is obligated under its regulatory framework to verify the identity of all players. KYC is required prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Required documents include a clear copy of your CNIC (both sides) and may extend to proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in the request being declined until verification is completed.
3.5 Restricted Jurisdictions. ar888 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable national law. 4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ar888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You must notify ar888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
4.2 Account Sharing. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any third party to access or use your ar888 Account. ar888 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of account sharing by the Player.
4.3 Account Closure by Player. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting ar888 support. All pending withdrawals will be processed to verified payment methods prior to closure. Accounts subject to active responsible gaming self-exclusion periods cannot be reopened until the exclusion period expires.
4.4 Account Suspension by ar888. ar888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC, suspected underage gambling, or suspected Prohibited Activity. Suspended accounts are subject to investigation before any balance is released.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your ar888 Account in real time in most cases. ar888 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking system outages outside its control.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. ar888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.
5.4 Player Funds Segregation. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from ar888's operating capital in accordance with regulatory requirements. This means your deposited balance and winnings cannot be used to meet ar888's operational obligations.
5.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a genuine ar888 deposit is a Prohibited Activity. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts immediately suspended, and ar888 reserves the right to pursue recovery of reversed funds through all available legal means.
6.1 ar888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to individual offer terms, which are communicated at the time of offer and available on the Current Offers page.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in individual offer terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and validity period are stated in each offer's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
6.3 Withdrawal Order. When a Player holds both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, withdrawals are processed from the Real Money Balance only until the Bonus Balance wagering requirement has been met. Players may forfeit their Bonus Balance at any time by contacting support, after which Real Money Balance becomes freely withdrawable.

11.2 ar888's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 ar888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk. It is the Player's responsibility to maintain appropriate device security measures.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit ar888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12.1 ar888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
